We are a professional consulting and project company providing services in Project/Construction management, Technical supervision, and cost consultancy, as well as Development and Construction consultation and advisory services. We have more than 18 years of experience.
We represent, consult and protect the investor’s aims. For the investor, we optimise the technical solutions and costs (value engineering), continuously check compliance with budget and deadlines, and monitor the project implementation in accordance with the project documentation, terms of the contract for work, and technical and legal regulations.
Our projects
ENG2 can be seen working as a project manager or technical supervisor alongside major developers and investors in Bratislava and throughout Slovakia.
We are currently working on several prestigious projects in Bratislava such as the Jurkovič Heating Plant (national cultural monument), Slnečnice – the Viladomy zone, Slnečnice – the City zone, and the Discovery Tower. Outside Bratislava, we manage projects for OBI in Spišská Nová Ves and in Zvolen. Our recently supervised projects include the Nuppu2 and Nuppu3 residential housing blocks in Ružinov (Bratislava), Jarabinky, the Čulenova Office administrative building, several buildings in the New Stein project, a shopping centre in Martin, the Einsteinova Business Centre in Petržalka, and the Čerešne project in Dúbravka.
